Morning all. 7.1 at 6.45 am. Down from yesterday's 8.0 despite a quite "carby" family buffet yesterday and waking feeling very anxious. Strange stuff this diabetes! Have a good Monday one and all.

Anything between 4-7 is good for a T2.
