Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

    8.2 high .It's been a yo-yo readings since I was put on one tablet in the evening.It doesn't go bellow 7 mmol/L.

    5.2 which is around trend lately after yesterday being over 5.5 so very pleasing. It must be the feelgood factor from Valentine rather than the starkness of Ash Wednesday (although I do like the beauty and hope of the Ashing service in the C of E tradition)

    Before Kane's success he got loaned out several times, now look at him. You can do just as well with your diabetes, it is a significant adversary so keep your chin up, things aren't so bad.

    Thanks for that salutary reminder. I look @ your signature and morning readings as inspiration and reminders of what hard work can do - guess that is what Harry's USP is besides talent. My personal target is to get to remission and keep it there by next Olympics. I like the idea of having a goal and keeping focused over a longer time frame.
