Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

5.9 at 4:50 am.

 

Won't be doing it again - only had a couple but tasted horrible!

 

6.5 - too much wine last night

 

Welcome to the family. At least you tested and have an idea of what may have caused the reading so you are well on the way to lower numbers. Was the wine good?

Morning. 5.2 today. Off to the gym. Feeling a bit lazy so far this week.

 

11.2 but not surprised. The constipation from hell. Fibrogel, buscopan, ciprofloxcin, paracetamol and codeine. Suspected bacterial infection in digestive system. Oh and horrific pain.

Just a day in the life of me. It seems.

I was riddled with sugar before insulin so rot was looming. Now problems after problems keeping up with my morbidly obese body. Op cannot come soon enough!!!!!!
