5.2 after seeing to the chickens and dogs. Amazing morning, brilliant sunshine. ducks singing happily one side, acres of apple trees all white the other, 40 acres of white cereal at the end of the garden but best of all I match goonergal for fbg!
JanetMcDowell, have a great time in Lisbon and you might come across some of these http://www.telegraph.co.uk/food-and-drink/wine/portuguese-red-wine-suggestions/!
Good morning. 5.7 this morning
4.3 this morning - eating wetherspoons breakfast right now then off with hubby for an estuary walk. He will be bird watching (as usual) - I'm on the look out for snowdrops <3
Have a great day - this year seems to have been a bumper snowdrop year so you should see plenty.

6.4 even did 6 hours of walking and shopping Yesterday and and took care not to eat too much carbs , all my body hurts , headache and tired in my head , my next HbA1c will be bad I guess
Winner for testing and knowing the cause. Presumably hunger is an occupational hazard?
It ain't necessarily so! Your previous results show you have a good grasp of how your body deals with diabetes and we all know this condition can both amaze and infuriate.
5.6 this morning.

Been rather unwell mo had op last Sept took a while to recover plus diet had to change , however, today
FBG 6.9 - yaay!
No snowdrops yet - though hubby chuffed to have bagged some splendid shots of a Kesteral and lots of Avocets.
Moving onto snowdrop territory soon
