Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Thanks for the reply @Keesha. I didn’t think so either, but I’m quite new to this so still feeling my way.

Do you think it could be the lateness of my evening meal? Usually have it about 8pm, and testing fbg around 7 or 7:30am so less than 12 hrs ( it was pretty low carb dietdoctor chicken curry)

Are you on metformin? I don't think 8 pm is late for dinner, but try taking a little walk after your meal.

Hello and welcome to the forum. Higher blood glucose levels will cause fatigue for many people.

I suggest that you pose this in the 'Ask A Question' section of the forum because you will get many more answers from there. Perhaps you can introduce yourself and tell us a little about how things are going with you.
