5.4 @6:00 - not bad for yesterday’s party Going to my cottage at countryside to cut the grass for the first time this year. There will be a lot of walking with grass-cutter - good for my BG level.

So after whole day with my grass-cutter the BG is just now 4.8

The first glass lowers blood glucose if there are no carbs in it ... because it blocks the liver from producing blood glucose while handling the alcohol

But the liver can get used to it and will learn over time to work harder if done every day
