My fasting level today 8.3. ****. Over to other T2s now....

5.27, last night I had yellow fin Tuna in oil, added mayo, mustard and pickles, ate this on top of a Wasa Cracker and a 1/2 cup of broccoli tops, with an excellent cup of coffee with cream no sugar.
