Had a nice long walk in the Peak District yesterday, but that stoked my appetite and I probably had a bit too much to eat in the evening, hence the BG rise.

5.38 this morning, last night I ate a snack for a meal. Celery, peanut butter, hot coffee with full cream and square of 85% chocolate.
