I was in the 5’s for the rest of the day yesterday. Low 5’s if I’ve had a glass of red wine with evening meal. Since I have moved house about 5 weeks ago the 6’s have appeared. I don’t do fasting basically I don’t want to lose weight and people already asking if I should see my doctor or having chemo for their imagined cancer. I think I’m where you were a few weeks ago and it seemed to pass.
