For reasons not unconnected with a belief that I may be doing some healing to whatever part of my metabolic system was impaired, I hereby declare myself very very very pleased with, some of the things I am beginning to notice about how my liver and its cohorts, are now going about their god appointed functions .
And its all thanks to striving to consistently be in Ketosis.
