I do love a good booze. Need to work out if Negroni’s are BG friendly. Have ditched the fizz & ale. Even the ‘light tonic’ I was given with my gin had sugar in ‍

Gin, lime and soda, I can report, is rank. So won’t be doing that again

good morning all at 0533 i was a 4.5 lowest for a long while... meter seems to be working again but now used my last strip
yesterday after a hectic weekend... the last three strips were used as follows...............
6.1 @0800
5.6 @1021
4.9 @1221 two hours after breakfast of three grilled sausages mushrooms 2 fried eggs and a gram flour pancake....
have a good day all......
