So I'm rocking a 5.5 and sneezes - not exactly one of the circles of hell but takes the shine off all the same. Have stonkingly good days y'all but play nice.

5.2 following an unsettling night with 80kph winds. No dog walks today - they’ll have to be content with quick garden trips and I’ll need to try & rescue a small tree lying flat but not uprooted (yet?).

5.7 today, seems eating out last night and having 1/2 a roast chicken was probably 1/4 of a chicken too much for me! :joyful:

hi @Shem S nice low figure... i have been suprised by low figures after a night on the lash... its something to do with the liver deals with the alcohol before the carbs..maybe someone here can give some facts..........may i ask what was your choice of drinks?

Yeah I think it probably is something to do with how the liver prioritises what to process first. I kept the list short. Sherry, red wine, gin & whiskey
