Yeah I think it probably is something to do with how the liver prioritises what to process first. I kept the list short. Sherry, red wine, gin & whiskey

I do love a good booze. Need to work out if Negroni’s are BG friendly. Have ditched the fizz & ale. Even the ‘light tonic’ I was given with my gin had sugar in ‍

Gin, lime and soda, I can report, is rank. So won’t be doing that again
