I had roast beef, roast potatos, gravy, brussell sprouts, lovely yorkshire pudding then finished off with a brandy mince pie with custard for office Xmas dinner party with colleagues yesterday.

Two hours later my bg levels went up to 12 mmols/l ...what a spike !

After all it's Christmas hahahaha !!!

Woke up with a lovely 5.3 this morning.

7.4 this morning. This range seems to be my new normal.since my medication was reduced by my GP a few months ago.

Last HbA1c was 43, got my next test on 7 January and expect it to be low 50s.
