6.1 early morning - ‘disturbed’ night since knew I’d have to get up early to collect son from airport. Drop in temp for him / 30C in Lagos to our -4C and snow.

3.9 waking after a heavy dream. Instead of 150ml of cola (my normal approved cure for a hypo) I had my breakfast sandwich cheese. Within an hour 12.3:( Cola is a lot gentler.

The only saving grace was there was no morning rise - only up to 6.1 before tumbling down into the 4s.

3.8, but that was one of those ridiculous readings...!! Generally 4.8 to 5.2. HbA1c latest was 42 and I am (by non diabetics) told that I’m not really diabetic...!! After 25 years they have no idea what we have to do to keep on the “strait and narrow”...!! Do you guys come up against the “experts”...? All the best for 2019.
