a 4.8 @ 0559 ( and a 4.9 @ 16.45 last night ) whats anyones thoughts on the advice they give me in the early days... " fours the floor and five to drive " something to do with hypos i suppose... @Goonergal i see you have a very low number this morning...

Guess that v low carb is starting to have an effect - 5.4 this morning.

ETA - after one cup of coffee with double cream, and a one hour circuits session it’s 10.9, recorded for interest.
