Land behind the local church that has been divided into plots. Local people, including me, rent the plots and use them to grow vegetables. Without my allotment, I would go insane!

5.9 this morning. I had a 'hungry-mouth' day yesterday and over did it on the snacks a bit. Still only 31.2g of carbs though - I should be more pleased than I am
