6.5 today had a bbq last night and ate some burgers with wheat in the ingredients and sausages with potatoe starch in the ingredients. Although I didn't spike but left with a higher fbg :depressed:

5.7 this morning. I think I'm suffering with Brexit-Stress! Is it silly of me to be thinking about taking metformin again?

Not silly at all if you think you need the extra help. My personal opinion is that you are doing fantastically well but this is your journey :)

Keep going @Flic2019, just take one day at a time. I'm constantly thinking what I could try to get my levels down more. Im trying intermittent fasting atm and been doing so now for a week which seems to be helping but whoes to say I wont change again and try something else. I'm constantly learning, and changing what I do to see what works. Sending you a hug
