Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

5.7 at 5"00 am.

I finally got see the Cardiologist yesterday after my appointment was cancelled last month, ticker is in good shape / condition. He said I did an excellent job to get off the Metformin as well. All good for another year.

5.4 this morning (19.6g of carbs yesterday). Sitting in on an exhibition all day long today.... might read some Jason Fung....
