FBG at 0640 (6 hours fast) was 5.8, A1C results from Dr. were 5.6, March 07 was 8.9, so doing well.

I finally got see the Cardiologist yesterday after my appointment was cancelled last month, ticker is in good shape / condition. He said I did an excellent job to get off the Metformin as well. All good for another year.
