Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

5.9 @ 0603.... seems to be the new norm .... 13 hour fast , about sixty grams of nuts at 1100 ..bunless cheeseburger with salad at 1900 ...(but no alchohol again..think thats why my fbs had been lower.. maybe false readings) ..

Hmmm … 7.5 today. Rubbish night due to the heat and thunderstorms and no red wine last night. Probably need an early morning jog ... update - 6.8 after a 45min run :-/ might need to recalibrate the meter ?
