Sometimes it doesn't make sense, does it.not happy with this one.... ive been a good boy all week........ very low carb, no alcohol.... went out last night had three lime and sodas (very little cordial) ate late polish sausage ,several slices lidl maasdam cheese, some almond butter and extra thick double cream all stuff which normally dont affect me...i was 5.2 at 1730 after a hard hot day at work... i was suprised to recieve a 6.4 at 0610 for my rewards..i rechecked ,same finger 6.4,,, hey_ho....

@LindsayJane.... i agree ... i signed up for this type 2 malarkey about eighteen months ago ..lost enough weight etc to come off metformin by june last year...so i thought id got it cracked... anyway just tested after work @1700 and 5.5 which is about the norm so lets wait to see what tomorrow brings!Sometimes it doesn't make sense, does it.
