Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

    yes i gave in last night as well after having five days dry and had a few... 5.8 for me at 0800

    6.8 this morning after another disturbed night - woke by rain coming thru the velux onto my face at 4am :-(
    Went for a pre-breakfast run (in the rain).

    5.9 this morning about 08:00. Been high all week . Swollen knee lots of pain . Heat . Etc etc . Doin a few voddies tonight and goin our tomorrow . Monday we’ll start again. BTY st the moment I’m 4.5

    6.2 this morning.. was really happy to see the number.. had a very low carb meal with boiled egg, veggies and small chicken pieces.. Low carb really works ..
