6.9 for me this morning me this morning, same yesterday morning. Bloods have been slightly higher while I've been away and its not due to what I'm eating as I've been good.
Was 6.1 at bedtime!

Back home after a 4-day running festival where I didn't take any readings and limited my carbs to 2 pitta breads and a recovery beer each day (and an ice-cream!)
So after a hot sleepless night I was reasonably happy with 6.4 this morning.

take your pick..6.5 6.3 and 6.1 after dog walk... a little bit high carb last night peaked about 8.5 but it went down rapidly, so before bed reading was 5.1...d.p perhaps?
