    6.2 for me this morning. I'm on holiday in Norfolk atm so not testing so often, still being careful though and went 10 hrs between meals yesterday so I'm quite pleased with the 6.2 today

    I think it's dp as I fasted yesterday and ate small low carb evening meal.

    been away with only poor wi-fi so
    Mon 4.3,Tues 4.2,Weds 4.4,Thurs 4.3, Fri 4.4, Sat 4.4 and 4.4 today
    Slow wi-fi but excellent full english breakfasts :D

    Lovely morning again. Got up at 5:20 tested bloods 5.8. Went back to bed, got up again at 7:56 tested and 5.1. Evidence of DP perhaps or bloods slowly coming down. 6.1 when I went to bed last night.

    6.4 Sunday morning. If I could be like the tusk fish of the Great Barrier Reef and go out and dig my own clam for breakfast ... exercise and a healthy lo-carb breakfast all in one!
