good morning all
i had a 6.0 at 0400 and tested again at 0545 and 6.5... ..yesterday fast from 1900 on tuesday till 1100 ..about 50 grams of walnuts ..at 1700 hours ..5.1.. ate at 1800 fried chicken (no batter) home made coleslaw and finished off a small battered cod leftover (sons meal)...tested 1.5 hrs later 6.4 ,,90 mins later 7.0 and 7.2 before bed ....dont get it i was used to low fives.....hey-ho...
