6.4 at 0530..was 5.8 before evening meal and at 2330 yesterday these fbs seem reluctant to go down ..

a 6.8 @ 0630..5.6 at 1700 hrs as usual... 6.8 three hours post prandial 6.8 at 0100.. counted my carbs this morning and without realising i had about 100grams at least... will cut down today...
