Bit higher, but did have a very enjoyable corn beef pie and some merengues so not totally surprised. Can't complain though, Metformin and diet is working out

in the fives for a change 5.7 at 0634 ( it was 5.0at 1700l ast night)
got a 45 minute slot with the diabetic nurse this morning for annual check up which they missed last year and an appointment with the eye clinic next moth
