On a roll here, I had a CT scan yesterday afternoon and drank two bottles of Barium Meal and a shot of green staining stuff for the scan. I was low all evening as well.

5.4 today which I was relieved about! Had a very stressful day yesterday, my Mum had fallen down stairs in the night so I hit 6.2 at one stage, I’m rarely in the sixes these days
