I know! And it was only a slice! Luckily I am not a huge fan of vegan block cheese and won’t be buying it again. will stick to primula plant based or a vegan babybel as it doesn’t seem to spike my bm in the same way. But that late evening snack has been given the chop now as it always makes me high the next morning. Boo.
