Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

10.0 bang on at 11am

Had a long lie in today totally goosed after a slog at work this week

Hello late post but did test at 6.30 am 6.9
I had been cleaning bathroom yesterday and hate finish it this morning! I have arthitis and everything takes an age. Have lost 10 lbs since starting lchf and coming here to see how everyone is doing, have a lovely weekend keep warm

With my new Fastclix lancet device, I am testing more. With about 200gr carb dinner at the restaurant, 8.2 1.5 hours after, 3 hours later before bed, 4.6. Waking was 5.7, my lowest so far.

Whoops 7.1 @06:30 I may have over done the Brazil nuts, I grazed all day, yesterday, so I'd better make today is a non piggy day
