7.1 at least its consistent! Off to do some weights and cardio
In the 5.8s during the day so cannot grumble edited as I put crumble lol

Woke up to a BG of 5.7mmol/L. Nauseous throughout the night. Finally got to sleep. Jumped into my runners and did an easy 2km hoping that would perk me up. BG stayed the same afterwards.

Woke up to a BG of 6.1 mmol/L cause I cheated before crashing. Small piece of toast PB blueberry jam. Sigh..... Out for a 5km tempo run before breakfast this a.m. BG stayed the same. But I got a PB.
