4.7 mmols on waking at 6.00 this Monday morning.
My overnight levels always increase - I am a reasonably well-controlled by diet type 2. Overnight my levels rise. This is not necessarily dependent on what I've eaten the night before either - I think my body follows the dawn phenomenon and blood sugar levels rise at about 4am (incidentally also when I often have a night sweat!). Am going to try to use free libre to follow what exactly is going on when I update my phone to take the app!!!!As requested in another thread.... state your fasting numbers here.
My fasting level today 8.3.****. Over to other T2s now....
