Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

As requested in another thread.... state your fasting numbers here.
My fasting level today 8.3.:( ****. Over to other T2s now....

Edited by mod to remove profanity.
My overnight levels always increase - I am a reasonably well-controlled by diet type 2. Overnight my levels rise. This is not necessarily dependent on what I've eaten the night before either - I think my body follows the dawn phenomenon and blood sugar levels rise at about 4am (incidentally also when I often have a night sweat!). Am going to try to use free libre to follow what exactly is going on when I update my phone to take the app!!!!
