Woke up to a BG of 6.5 mmol/L this a.m. Didn't run yesterday, late dinner yesterday.

Went for a 1.5k jog and got it down to 5.8mmol/L. Feel better. Protein shake for breakfast.

Well, yesterday was an experiment.... was it the apple, too much roast chicken. Sugars during day ok..... but.... 8.9
