G'Day from Montreal. My morning BG is 4.8mmol/L this a.m.

Blood work today. See how my HbA1c fares. Prescription states, test for only (non-fasting) glycated hameogloben, so they're not testing for blood glucose.

Still, I'm only having a protein shake breakfast with a banana in it.
