Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

G'Day eh?! from Montreal. My waking BG is 5.5mmol/L.

Slept a bit better/longer for a change. I was at the Blood Donor clinic yesterday. It's the first time I had near normal systol reading for my screening BP. Normally I just squeeze through screening. Must be the weight loss. That's what the nurse said.

6.6 this morning, cannot seem to shift this headache. Sinus is playing into it, had buttered asparagus yesterday. As soon as I have butter, I have a sinus headache and slightly swollen on left side of nose. I need to kick butter on the head.

Evening @Lainie71. Have you kept a food diary? If not, might be an idea to start one for a few weeks.

We're all inclined to look for patterns that explain our symptoms, when in reality what we are seeing could be coincidence. Having reduced carbs already, it would be hard for you to forgo butter as well.
