Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

G'Day from Montreal. My waking BG was 5.5 mmol/L this a.m.

Out for a pre-supper 5km run routine. BG was 6.7 mmol/L on return. No energy drink, just water.
