Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

G'Day from Montreal. My waking BG this a.m. is 5.8 mmol/L. 05:30 hrs EST (couple of tbs. of pork 'n beans before retiring... should have just nibbled on cheese curds. )

last nights bedtime reading, when I pricked I hit an arteriole in my finger, yikes! there was sprinkles of blood all over the sink. Funny how quickly it stopped with pressure on it. That rarely happens.

7.7 this morning, pollen giving me a sore throat again and late night. Off for a workout despite it all
Unfortunately, the pollen count is still quite high @Lainie71. Grass pollen tends to peak across England and Wales in the first two weeks of June. There are two peaks though, with the second, lower peak occurring in the first two weeks of July, after which it should tail off slowly.
