My waking BG is 5.4 mmol/L this a.m. (06:00hrs EST.)
Well done.Any advice?I'm struggling.FBG 6.8 the lowest for well over a year ....12 days ago it was in the 12's .
I have just dropped my carbs to less than a 100 a day which for me is low . Has we all know we are all different and there are many factors that affect Blood glucose also if your readings are good during the rest of the day FBG that is more important . Take heart your numbers are not bad at all.Well done.Any advice?I'm struggling.![]()

Unfortunately @flonvic the body adapts to the continued presence of a drug and IME switching to an alternative medication or dropping one altogether seldom proceeds smoothly at first.Thanks.They have steadily risen since they stopped my linagliptin.I am also gaining the weight back that I lost.Bl××dy diabetes!
