6.4 this morning at 6:30am half an hour before a dog walk with 3 dogs, what a life I would have if they were mine sadly they are a friends

I am on day 3 of the newcastle diet. My glucose is 4.6 when I got up.

G'Day from Montreal. My waking BG this a.m. is 5.1 mmol/L. (06:00hrs EST)


Stiff 14 km cycle routine Sunday evening,
5.6 km run routine with three sprints Saturday. (5.6 mmol/L waking BG)
