Should have mentioned, no bun/bread/obvious carbs.Hello @oldnevada from London. If you normally eat at mid-day, but decided to skip lunch yesterday, it's no wonder you were ravenous by supper time.
If you can get away with two hot dogs and tomato sauce late in the evening in addition to a burger and pasta at supper with no ill effects, then why not?
My experience is different. If I were to eat late at night, it would push my FBG readings next morning up to unacceptable levels, plus I need my beauty sleep!
