Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Hello @oldnevada from London. If you normally eat at mid-day, but decided to skip lunch yesterday, it's no wonder you were ravenous by supper time.

If you can get away with two hot dogs and tomato sauce late in the evening in addition to a burger and pasta at supper with no ill effects, then why not?

My experience is different. If I were to eat late at night, it would push my FBG readings next morning up to unacceptable levels, plus I need my beauty sleep!
Should have mentioned, no bun/bread/obvious carbs.
I will have to start ordering Kimchi again so I can go back to doing 12 or 18hr fasts. Kimchi kills my appetite.
