Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

I feel for you @Lainie71. Any inflammation of the delicate tissues in your nasal passages and mouth is particularly painful.

As a young man, my husband (who is not diabetic) suffered frequent sinus headaches made worse by high humidity. The one factor that eased his symptoms was a drier climate; hard to come by anywhere in the British Isles!

In later life he is much better and puts the improvement down to our way of eating, that is lots of fish, seafood, a wide selection of vegetables and no red meat or ultra processed foods.
Yes still suffering gp thinks its the fans/air com that's triggering it as my diet is dairy free and no nasty foods that I can think of. Not had a headache/dry nose like this for quite a while so I think he is right about the fans/air com drying me out. Just want to feel a bit normal again as I am fed up with it. He has suggested a gel saline for the nose which I have just purchased. Here is hoping, I just need hugs and tlc at the moment as I am feeling really sorry for myself :grumpy:
