Morning from Montreal. My waking BG is 5.3 mmol/L this a.m. (06:00hrs EST.)

Curios, On the packaging for my AccuChek Guide meter, the photo of the meter shows 5.8 mmol/L. Is that the waking glucose [concentration] diabetics should be aiming for? Thanks....... Have a great day, all.
