Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

I’ve been following Jessie Inchauspe’s (scientific) advice and this morning mine was

]] +/- a few points these days.

After my self inflicted due to bad eating) hospital stay a few months back, I had to completely overhaul not only what I eat, but the order I eat it in.
