Well [email protected] job.I have well and truly fallen off the wagon,crushed by the wheels and dragged along.

I have fallen off the wagon more times than I can count and it is ( as you know ) very hard to get back on the dam thing. My incentive is that my eye scan is showing some signs of retinopathy in one eye that panicked me !
