Hello from Montreal. Summer is still here with a vengince. Vengince is the wrong word, I guess.

I registered a BG of 5.4 mmol/L this a.m. AFTER breakfast and AFTER a brisk 2km walk.

My waking BG this a.m. was 5.1 mmol/L @ 07:00hrs EST.

6km run routine with a post BG of 6.7 mmol/L
