5.8 at 8.20am. Woke around 6ish but snoozed till I had to get up for my 6 monthly review with doctor. 7.5 when I got back home. I'll do a separate post about what happened to my blood pressure.

Late today 6.7 this morning . It must be the concern over my mother. Arrived at Rhayader in Wales for my nephew's wedding. This area is not diabetic friendly . Pies, chips, burgers, rice, sandwiches, baguettes etc. I may be hungry when I get home . I hope you've all had a good day!

Retested about half he later and got a reading off 12.1 have felt like **** all day not had a reading under 10 today

8.7 , not as good as yesterday But 6.1 after breakfast and 30 min walk. It never ceases to amaze me the difference exercise makes. Now to maintain it...
