Had been between 6.4 and 7.2 for last week and half but this am slept till 840 am since awake from 1245 till 330 am (family stress). At bedtime I ate 2 strawberries since it seemed to have been staving off liver dump. And at 840 am it was 8.7!
I take no meds. I eat hardly any carbs (no more than 40 a day). My daytime readings are perfect . I ate my usual boiled egg and slice of bacon and coffee with cream and took dog for walk and come home 2 hours later and it's 118. I haven't seen a reading that high in a long time.
