Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

6.4... however skipped dinner due to the fact that i sneaked some chocolate and helwa (semolina, ground nuts in a sugary syrup sauce!) I am looking forward to getting rid of pms too and get every thing back on track!

Problem is i was so angry at hubby i resisted his roast chicken and went for the cheese cake  really not sure if my pride was worth it now!:sorry:!!! Hba1c in couple of weeks and really screwing myself after being REALLY GOOD... now just being really bad... i blame pms.

No.

Unfortunately you have to stay indoors today, sunbathing whilst over 5.0 is not allowed

But sun is shining out there, gonna be a beautiful warm day.
Time for yummy breakfast to fuel the weekend.
Have a wonderful day ppl. Xxx

Morning all. 5.0 this morning after a few days at the beach suffering hotel buffet breakfasts (and, oh, I suffered!).
Three weeks of holidays left to go now and two small breaks planned so fasting for the next couple of days before Hong Kong and Disneyland on Monday!

Delighted with a 5.8 this morning - especially as we went to our favourite Indian last night for first time since diagnosis :) had Prawn Malai and around 6/7 spoons of rice. Think that expirememt worked ;)
