6.4. After a few days of fighting a virus and being 7.1 and 7.2. I'm very happy with a 6.4.
The 5s still seem elusive to me for FBG.

6.1 this morning after a bad day. Quiet a bit of stress lass couple of days so back slid for first time in three months and had three McVities digestives. Late night reading not printable as were the expletives. Hopefully back on track today. Will be following Prettypinkpetals lead today and reading the labels.

Up to the last week or so I have been stuck in the 7 and 8 marks and could not get away from them.

It has been a quick descent from there to a reduction in the fasting bg readings after being put on Metformin.
